These terms apply when you use camilletoscano.com or divorcesos.help, or buy something from me through them. Please read them before buying. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the websites.

1. Who I am

The websites are run by Camille Toscano Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14745406), with its registered office at 48 Gaviots Way, Gerrards Cross, SL9 7DX, England. You can contact me at [email protected]. In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean Camille Toscano Ltd, and "you" means you, the person using the websites.

2. Important: what I am and am not

I am an accredited break-up and divorce coach. Everything on these websites, in my books, guides, emails and products is general information and coaching support.

It is not legal, financial, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. For legal questions, please speak to a lawyer in your country. For your health or mental health, please speak to a doctor or qualified therapist.

I am not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline straight away.

3. Using the websites

You may use the websites for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:

•       copy, sell or republish my content without my written permission

•       try to interfere with how the websites work, or access parts of them you are not meant to

•       use the websites for anything unlawful

I work hard to keep the information accurate and the websites available, but I cannot promise they will always be error-free or online.

4. My content belongs to me

Everything on the websites and in my products, including text, books, guides, worksheets, videos, images and the Divorce SOS name and logo, belongs to me or is used with permission. Buying or downloading something gives you a personal licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership to you.

5. Buying digital products

This section applies to digital products such as PDF books, guides and journals.

•       Prices are shown in pounds sterling. I am not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

•       Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe.

•       Your product is delivered by download link and, where possible, also sent to the email address you give at checkout. If it does not arrive, please email me and I will send it again.

•       Your purchase is for your personal use only. Please do not share, copy, forward, upload or resell the file. If you would like to give someone a copy, please buy them their own.

6. Your right to cancel digital purchases

Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital products that you can download straight away, this right ends once the download or access begins, as long as you agreed to that at checkout.

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you will then lose your right to cancel. If you do not want to give up your right to cancel, please do not complete the purchase.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, not as described or will not open. If that happens, email me and I will replace it or, if I cannot, refund you.

7. Coaching

Coaching sessions and packages are covered by a separate client agreement, which I send before we begin. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the client agreement applies.

8. The Divorce SOS app

The Divorce SOS app, including its subscriptions, free trials and AI companion, is covered by its own terms and privacy policy, available inside the app.

9. Free resources, offers and competitions

Free guides, quizzes and waiting lists are offered as they are and may change or end at any time. Any competition or special offer will have its own rules, which I will publish with it.

10. Links to other websites

The websites may link to other websites, such as Amazon or app stores. I do not control those websites and am not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

11. My responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow me to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Otherwise, I am not responsible for:

•       decisions you make based on general information on the websites or in my products

•       losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you bought from me

•       business losses, as my products are for personal use

If I am responsible for a loss, my total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid me for the product concerned.

12. Your privacy

How I use your personal information is explained in my Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of every page of both websites.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you may also have the protection of your local consumer law, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
