Hi, I'm Camille.
I created Divorce SOS to offer the kind of grounded, practical support I wish I'd had during my own divorce. I'm an accredited breakup and divorce coach and the founder of the Divorce SOS app and author of the Divorce SOS Handbook. My work focuses on helping people navigate the early stages of separation with steadiness, clarity, and evidence-based guidance, without pressure, judgement, or overwhelm.
I went through my own separation and divorce at a time when I felt overwhelmed, disoriented, and unsure what I should be focusing on. Like many people, I found that while there was plenty of legal information available, there was far less support for the emotional and practical reality of those early days. Over time, and through professional training, study, and lived experience, I began to understand what genuinely helps people during this phase.
I have a background in social science (a Master's degree from the London School of Economics), have completed a foundation course in psychotherapy at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London, and hold certification through the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence. I'm a parent to two children. I've been featured on LBC and in the London Daily News, and I work with clients internationally in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Divorce SOS Handbook and Divorce SOS App were created to offer the kind of steady, practical guidance I wish I'd had myself. This isn't about fixing yourself or becoming a different person. It's about having a clear, grounded reference you can return to when things feel confusing, intense, or unfamiliar. If you're here, you don't need motivation. You need clarity, steadiness, and somewhere safe to begin.
